Birthing services

Our birth pool is from Earthside Birth Pools.
The price includes the hose that is lead-free, the filter that attaches to it, the pump to empty the pool, the adapter for the sink, and the white tarp to protect the floor underneath. There are also LED fairy lights that can be used along the bottom of the pool.
The price also includes delivery and pick up in the Montreal area.

Talking about our birth experiences and having someone witness us in this process is an incredibly healing and necessary exercise. As an ex-labour and delivery nurse Frida can help you dissect each part of your experience and provide insight into any interventions (or lack thereof) that may have occurred. Please book with her directly to share about your experience in a no-judgement, private setting with no time limit.​

Together we will discuss your dream birth scenario and delve into a problem solving session with any concerns or worries you may have. This can be done along with your spouse if you desire.

This service involves having a wise woman and sister walk with you throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We will have regular prenatal discussion sessions to talk about anything you desire, including your pregnancy experience, your dream birth scenario, any fears or concerns you are experiencing, and to go over your current support system in place. If you have previous birthing experiences we will work together to integrate this into your current reality. I will meet with you as many times as you like and also with your family. I am also available via text or phone call at all times during your motherhood journey. 
If you are interested in hiring a different traditional birth attendant/birth keeper to be present for your out-of-system birth you can still contact me and I will do my best to connect you with other birth workers in your area.

This is a very individualized support service which may include health coaching, supplements and/or diet and lifestyle modifications, energy work, and consultations with other professionals.
